PROJECT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL | PROJECT LOCATION: TORONTO, ON

Styling to sell is all about appealing to a wide range of potential buyers. For this project on a minimal budget, it was about toning down personality. Simply swapping out bed linens and rearranging furniture had a major impact in addition to using neutrals and bright whites offering the illusion of size. Purposefully placed furniture, such as seating in the bedroom or a bar area in a “dead zone” off the kitchen, creates moments enabling a buyer to envision themselves in the space.
